Teachers' Training Program

The Trust School Learning Centre for Teachers is committed to designing and implementing professional development programs that are both professionally sound and tailored to effective teaching at the elementary, secondary, and higher secondary levels. These programs will be conducted by highly skilled and experienced experts in education.

We aim to support the national effort in enhancing the professional skills of teachers through degree courses and certification programs that meet the specific needs of The Trust School, Lahore, and Pakistan.

Program Objectives:

• • To enhance the professional skills of selected teacher educators, such as master teacher trainers, in teaching Mathematics, Science, English as a Second Language, ICT, and leadership for managing change.
  • To provide professional development opportunities for all current teachers of The Trust School, as well as future recruits.
  • To offer affordable teacher training programs for in-service teachers from other institutions in and around Lahore, Punjab, and Pakistan, as well as prospective teachers.
  • To introduce Master’s, Bachelor’s, and Honors degree courses, along with Montessori Method of Teaching (MMOT) programs, and other relevant certificates and diploma courses for elementary, secondary, and higher secondary school teaching.
